Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive admissions, industry outreach, and brand visibility for the Water & Wastewater Management Training Programme. This role requires a mix of digital marketing, fieldwork, and direct lead conversion, making it ideal for someone who is proactive and comfortable working both on-ground and strategically. This is a full time work from office role where the candidate will have to go out for field visits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across digital platforms (social media, website, campaigns).
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for content creation and timely execution.
- Ensure consistency in messaging aligned with the programme’s goals.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Counsel prospective candidates and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain proper lead data and update status regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
3. Corporate Outreach & Business Development
- Visit corporate offices, industries, and organizations to promote training programmes and consultancy services.
- Build partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Represent the institute professionally during meetings and presentations.
4. Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare detailed monthly reports of all marketing activities and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and calculate ROI across channels.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, lead generation, campaign tracking).
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education counselling / admissions / training programmes.
- Prior exposure to field marketing or corporate outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
