Working Location: Noida (WFO – Work From Office)

Working days: 6 days working Onsite

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data / Marketing / Business Analyst to partner closely with Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Business teams in enabling data-led decision making.

The role will focus on marketing analytics, customer behaviour analysis, business performance measurement, and executive dashboarding across the trading lifecycle — from acquisition to revenue generation and retention.

This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of analytics and business strategy within the fintech and stock broking ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Growth Analytics

  • Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid, organic, referral, and brand channels.
  • Build full-funnel analytics models:
  • Impression → Click → Lead → KYC → Activation → Trading → Revenue
  • Evaluate key growth metrics including:
  • CAC
  • LTV
  • ARPU
  • Conversion Rates
  • Cohort Profitability
  • Payback Period
  • Perform campaign performance analysis, incrementality studies, and ROI tracking.
  • Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies using data insights.


Business & Customer Analytics

  • Analyze trading behaviour across segments:
  • Equity
  • Intraday
  • F&O
  • Margin Trading Facility (MTF)
  • Build customer segmentation models:
  • New users
  • Active traders
  • Dormant clients
  • High-value customers
  • Identify growth opportunities across customer lifecycle stages.
  • Conduct forecasting, scenario modelling, and business performance analysis.
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards for:
  • Acquisition
  • Revenue
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Product Adoption
  • Enable self-service analytics for business stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reporting and MIS frameworks.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives.

Analytical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Marketing Attribution Models
  • Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
  • Data-driven problem-solving mindset.


Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL (Mandatory)
  • Python for data analysis (Preferred)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • BI Tools: Power BI / Tableau
  • Understanding of statistical methods:
  • Hypothesis Testing
  • Regression Analysis
  • A/B Testing


Communication & Business Acumen

  • Ability to present insights to leadership in a clear and structured manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial understanding of growth, revenue, and customer metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration capability in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Domain Knowledge

  • Experience in Fintech / Stock Broking / Trading Platforms
  • Understanding of capital market revenue models.
  • Familiarity with:
  • Equity Markets
  • Derivatives (F&O)
  • Intraday Trading
  • Margin Products
  • Basic awareness of SEBI regulations is an advantage.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA (Analytics / Marketing / Strategy) – Preferred.


Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics / Marketing Analytics / Business Analytics.
  • Prior experience in fintech, trading platforms, or digital consumer businesses preferred.
