Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, etc. ?and expanding rapidly pan-India Role Overview We?re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to measure, interpret, and optimise the performance of all marketing initiatives?from digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, Social) to e-commerce activities and customer lifecycle management. This role will own the end-to-end data lifecycle?from collection and analysis to actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities Campaign management and optimization:?Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve performance goals. Data analysis and insights:?Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify market opportunities, and understand customer behavior. Reporting and visualisation:?Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and present data-driven recommendations to sales & Marketing team. Strategic recommendation:?Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for improving campaigns, adjusting budgets, and informing overall business and service strategies. Collaboration:?Work with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and sales, customer analysis like EC churn rate, retention, etc? Stay up-to-date:?Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing and data analytics. Qualifications and Skills Analytical skills:?Strong ability to analyze marketing and business performance data, with excellent attention to detail. Business acumen:?Strong business sense and the ability to translate data insights into strategic, actionable recommendations. Communication skills:?Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving:?Ability to solve complex challenges related to marketing performance, user experience, and scale What We?re Looking For 3?6 years of experience in a dedicated Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence role, preferably in the FMCG or E-commerce sector. Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and e-commerce data structures. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into simple, business-focused strategy.
