We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative Marketing Coordinator/Content and Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team in Pune. This role will support ACA’s global marketing efforts by producing and refining high-quality content that engages our audiences and strengthens our brand.

Key Responsibilities


  • Content Creation
    • Demonstrate strong command of Associated Press (AP) style and produce polished, high-quality content that adheres to established guidelines.
    • Develop original content for a variety of channels, including:
    • Website pages
    • Social media posts
    • Internal newsletters
    • Paid ads (Google and LinkedIn)
    • Landing pages
    • Press releases
    • Product brochures
    • Email nurture flows
    • Event/webcast invitations
    • Award submissions
    • Support brand recognition and recruitment efforts in Pune through tailored content, local PR initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Content Editing
    • Edit and proofread materials from subject matter experts (e.g., white papers, blogs, regulatory alerts) in line with AP style.
    • Ensure all content aligns with ACA’s copywriting style guide and maintains consistency across platforms.
  • Quality & Optimization
    • Apply SEO best practices and keyword strategies to improve content performance.
    • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; fluency in AP style is essential.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Asana, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword strategy implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
