About the Role: As Communications Manager , you?ll bring AltMat?s story to life across platforms. Working closely under the Senior Brand Success Manager and the Founder, you?ll manage day-to-day communications, design support, and social media engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow in brand and sustainability communication. Responsibilities: Support creation of digital content, visuals, and social media posts Assist in designing decks, newsletters, and campaigns Coordinate with partners and internal teams for communication deliverables Track and report social media engagement Maintain brand consistency across all channels Keep up with brand identity Make it easy for all in-house team and external partners to adhere to brand identity by creating right set collaterals for them Design and execute marketing collaterals from swatch books to spaces of exhibition booths.? Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate? in Fashion Communication, Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (NIFT, Pearl, LCF, etc.). 1?3 years of experience (extraordinary fresh graduates are welcome) Strong design sense and familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools Excellent writing and organizational skills Enthusiasm for storytelling, design, and sustainability Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
