Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Executive located in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, managing public relations and social media campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to effectively promote the organization's brand and services.

Key aspects of this role:

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calls: Calling prospective patients to explain health packages, promote services, and generate appointments.
• Target-Driven Performance: Following up with potential patients and convert leads into appointments.
• Information Sharing: Educating patients on new doctors, specialized treatments, or health camps.
• Relationship Building: Establishing trust with patients and nurturing long-term relationships through effective communication.
• Collaboration: Working with digital marketing and field marketing teams to follow up on inquiries generated from campaigns. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years preferred in telemarketing or customer service.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills (often in local language + English/Tamil and additional languages are added advantage).
• Skills: Patience, empathy, and ability to handle all sorts of customers.
