Position Overview

The Marketing Associate supports the marketing and sales enablement teams by maintaining accurate marketing data, ensuring quality control of marketing assets, and improving internal processes for content management and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales and marketing content in Seismic, including factsheets, pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral
• Perform regular data updates and audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper tagging of marketing materials
• Conduct quality control reviews before publishing content to ensure compliance with branding, formatting, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to manage updates to enablement materials and resources
• Support content governance and version control to ensure teams access the most current materials
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline content management workflows and increase operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or marketing support
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, or content management systems, particularly Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms
• Strong attention to detail and experience performing data quality checks and audits
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with metadata tagging, taxonomy, or digital asset management practices
• Experience analyzing content performance and reporting metrics
• Background in process improvement or workflow optimization
