VAAYU - A growing fashion brand dedicated to creating contemporary yet timeless designs. We are now looking for a dynamic Marketing & Brand Manager with proven experience in fashion marketing and strong knowledge of online business to lead our marketing initiatives and scale our brand presence. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Vaayu?s brand identity in the luxury & fashion space. Ensure consistent brand storytelling across offline, digital, and retail channels. Digital & Online Business Growth Drive e-commerce growth through website, marketplaces like shopify, and social media platforms. Manage online campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, influencer collaborations). Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for ROI. Content & Communication Conceptualize campaigns and oversee content creation for social media, lookbooks, and brand communications. Collaborate with designers, stylists, photographers, and creative agencies. PR, Influencers & Collaborations Build strong relationships with fashion editors, stylists, and influencers. Secure media placements, celebrity associations, and high-visibility brand collaborations. Events & Retail Marketing Plan brand activations, exhibitions, and fashion week participation. Support retail store launches and in-store marketing initiatives. Requirements Minimum 5?8 years of experience in marketing within the fashion/luxury/lifestyle industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven campaigns. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Knowledge of PR, influencer networks, and fashion media. Self-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with strong analytical ability.
