Marketing Automation Intern (AI & GTM Systems) Location: WFO/Chennai Duration: 3?6 months (extendable or convertible to full-time) Compensation: Stipend About the Role We?re looking for a Marketing Intern with strong technical skills in GTM automation ? someone who loves to connect data, tools, and creative workflows to scale growth. You?ll work directly with our marketing and growth teams to design and automate lead generation, enrichment, and campaign systems using tools like n8n, Clay, PhantomBuster, Apify, and AI agents. This is not a traditional marketing role ? it?s ideal for someone who understands growth hacking, automation logic, and modern no-code/AI tools. Responsibilities Build and optimize automated GTM (Go-To-Market) workflows using n8n, Clay, Make (Integromat), Zapier Scrape, enrich, and segment lead data from multiple sources using PhantomBuster, Apify, and AI enrichment APIs. Create scalable outbound and inbound automation pipelines. Integrate CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) with automation flows. Work with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for personalized outreach and campaign optimization. Assist in A/B testing, tracking, and analytics setup. Document workflows and continuously improve efficiency. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Clay, PhantomBuster, or Apify (please include example projects if any). Understanding of marketing automation, lead funnels, or B2B GTM workflows. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data transformations (basic JSON, CSV, etc.). Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and prompt-based automation. Analytical mindset and love for systemizing processes.
