Role Description The Marketing Assistant role at alt.f coworking is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign execution, preparing promotional materials, and helping manage social media and digital outreach. This role involves conducting basic market research, gathering customer feedback, and supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing collateral and event coordination. The Marketing Assistant will help maintain consistent brand messaging across touchpoints, track key marketing metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive community engagement and lead generation within the coworking spaces.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Sales & Marketing.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and an interest in supporting sales initiatives.
• Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience or internships in marketing, sales support, or coworking/real estate environments will be an advantage.
