Role Description
Datasphere Solutions Private Limited is looking for a confident and proactive Business Development & Communications Executive who can help expand our network, initiate conversations with companies, and strengthen our market presence. This is a hybrid growth role combining business development, communications, branding, and people coordination.

You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients and partners, helping create strong first impressions and setting up meaningful meetings for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outreach (Primary Focus)
  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and research.
  • Initiate conversations with companies and introduce Datasphere’s services confidently.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with leadership.
  • Maintain follow-up pipelines and track communication progress.
  • Marketing & Brand Presence
  • Assist in managing company LinkedIn and social media presence.
  • Draft posts, outreach messages, and communication content.
  • Help maintain a professional and consistent company image online.

People & Operations Support
