What you'll do

You'll be one of the first people building the marketing and operations engine for the firm — website, content, social, client intake, and day-to-day ops.

Broad scope, real ownership.

• Build and manage the firm website
• Write bilingual SEO content (Telugu + English) — articles, guides, checklists
• Manage social media presence and posting
• Handle client intake via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain the CRM and track follow-ups
• Coordinate court scheduling and diary management
• Support day-to-day office operations

Who we're looking for

• Fluent in Telugu and English — written and spoken
• Writes clearly, without jargon
• Organised and follows through without being chased
• Comfortable with content creation and social platforms
• Knows Canva and basic video editing tools
• Can leverage AI to get things done faster
• Based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada
• No law experience required — attitude and ownership matter more
