Location: Hyderabad, India (Full-time, Onsite)

Work Timings: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

Role Overview

As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening our go-to-market efforts by providing high-quality market intelligence, account insights, and prospect research to support Sales and Revenue teams. This role requires strong research discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that directly impact pipeline generation and deal quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, markets, and industries aligned with Track3D’s ICP.
  • Identify and validate key decision-makers and buying committee members using research and data tools.
  • Support Sales and SDR teams with accurate, timely sales intelligence and account insights.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning to inform GTM strategy.
  • Maintain high data quality standards across CRM and prospecting systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align research outputs with revenue goals.
  • Continuously improve research methodologies and documentation processes.


What We’re Looking For :

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, sales research, business research, or revenue support roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources into clear insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, and online research tools.

Preferred Tools Exposure

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Online research and data enrichment tools
  • Prospecting and sales intelligence platforms (nice to have)
