This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Plant Professional located in Mansa. The role involves overseeing and optimizing daily plant operations, including production processes, quality control, equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, implement sustainability initiatives, and maintain high product standards.

• Experience in production process management, operational planning, and plant supervision
• Knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Technical skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in process optimization and efficiency improvement techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for operational improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in frozen food manufacturing or a similar industry is advantageous
