As a Manufacturing Excellence - Quality - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role involves guiding and mentoring others, maintaining professional and technical standards, and using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead quality transformations across digital quality, QMS, and process optimization. You will assess maturity, define roadmaps, implement and scale solutions such as eQMS and MES integrations, enable inspection readiness, and coach client teams. Outcomes include fewer deviations, quicker batch release, and reduced cost of quality for global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Quality transformations across Digital Quality, QMS, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assessing maturity and defining roadmaps for implementing and scaling solutions such as eQMS and MES integrations
  • Coaching client teams to enable inspection readiness and improve batch release times
  • Developing strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve product quality
  • Utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive cycle-time reduction and increase yield
  • Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes
  • Integrating digital technologies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align quality processes with regulatory and patient safety requirements
  • Designing operating mechanisms to support culture change and measurable business outcomes

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
