Net2Source is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer role for one of our premium clients in the aerospace domain. If you have strong experience in build plans, work instructions, and installation planning for aircraft assemblies and systems — this opportunity is for you!

📌 Position: Manufacturing Engineer

📍 Location: Chennai, TN

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✅ Top 3 Skills Required:

1. Authoring & approving build plans/work instructions for installing aircraft components, systems, interiors, and structural assemblies
2. Creating/modifying/approving installation & fabrication plans, conducting installation plan audits, working on CAPP/MES, and authoring work instructions
3. Developing efficient process sequences by analyzing and validating processes, standards, and specifications related to aircraft systems

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and approve build plans and work instructions for aircraft structural assemblies, systems, and payloads
• Create and maintain installation plans and fabrication plans in CAPP/MES
• Conduct audits on installation plans to ensure compliance with standards
• Validate processes and specifications to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Support process planning and continuous improvement initiatives
