Senior Engineer – ME Industrial Engineering

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India

Experience: 3–7 Years

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of fixtures, gauges, lifting tackles, and special tools for Assembly, Testing, Painting, Packing, and Fabrication.
• CNC machine programming and operating experience for tooling, fixtures, and component support.
• Develop and coordinate vendors for tooling, fixture spares, and special gauges.
• Identify and implement best practices and new assembly tools through market research.
• Maintain updated drawings, wear part data, and system documentation.
• Drive productivity and quality improvements through process change management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource and activity management.
• Assist in annual budgeting for ATPP tools, fixtures, and spares.
• Support facility/process setup for new or modified components.
• Ensure timely E-BOM to M-BOM release and accuracy verification.
• Coordinate with AE & PPC for ERP loose item definition and packing accuracy.
• Support Manufacturing BOM implementation, including creation and splitting of manufacturing groups.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Manufacturing / Production / Mechanical Engineering
• 3–7 Year's experience in Manufacturing Engineering, tooling, and CNC operations
