We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility.

Overview
We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
- Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with had tools, tape measures, and drills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Fine-tuned communication skills
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
