Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and report defects in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
- Validate functionality, usability, and performance of applications across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and suggest improvements.
- Document test cases, test plans, and test results accurately.
- Participate in reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a manual tester or QA analyst.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycle.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Good knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
