Job Title: Manual Tester ? Supply Chain Finance Domain Primary Skill: Manual Testing Secondary Skill: Supply Chain Finance(SCF) Domain Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manual Tester with 8+ years of experience , preferably in the Supply Chain Finance domain . The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of supply chain finance applications. Execute manual test cases, document test results, and ensure traceability of requirements. Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality across all stages of development. Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable feedback from a testing perspective. Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with test environment setup and data preparation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field. 8+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the Supply Chain Finance domain . Strong understanding of supply chain finance processes , including invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, HP ALM). Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills . Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment . Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Postman is an advantage. ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
