Manual Testers

They need experience creating and executing manual test cases
Candidates must have at Least 7 years of experience to be considered
Maybe some execution of some automation testing; they would be created by the automation team and then flagged to be executed by a manual tester
Minor modification or enhancement automation scripting
Team will go to a 80/20 or 90/10 mix of the higher percentage being manual testing tasks
They need to have web applications and cross browser experience
Retail experience would be a nice to have but not necessary
Agile is very, very important
Enterprise experience required
Look for people who have QTP, have been projects for at least 12 months, and can do both manual and automation (the more skills the better for Kroger)
