Manual Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical QA Tester / Software Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with both business and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test cases and prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Execute functional and non-functional testing across various testing phases
• Perform defect tracking, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders for resolution
• Plan and coordinate application functional testing activities for assigned projects
• Conduct system testing, analyze results, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Ensure delivered applications comply with functional and technical requirements
• Administer and maintain testing documents including test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Coordinate testing execution and result reporting in compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to provide testing support and solutions
• Provide testing expertise, guidance, and assistance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed test cases, prepare test data, and execute tests
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledgeable in all testing phases including: Unit Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-functional Testing
• Experience in defect management and reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
