Manual Tester Experience: ?6 Months - 1 year Job Location: ?Madurai (Onsite) Requirements Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in Manual tester. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Familiarity with different testing methodologies such as Black-box, Functional, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proficiency in using bug tracking tools Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports. Basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases for backend testing. Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements. Identify, report, and track bugs or issues in the bug tracking system Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results and document findings with proper screenshots and logs. Validate fixes through retesting and ensure defect resolution. Participate in test review meetings to discuss the testing process and defect reporting.
