Job Description
We are looking for a Manual Tester + AI/ML to ensure comprehensive testing of software applications, including AI/ML-driven features. This position will be full-time, long-term contract, and on-site.

What You’ll Do
Test Planning & Design

Understand business requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Define scope and objectives for functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability matrices.

Manual Test Execution

Execute manual tests for functional, integration, regression, and usability scenarios.

Validate APIs using tools like Postman (basic request/response validation).

Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.

Verify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure closure.

Defect Management & Reporting

Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.

Work closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.

Provide daily/weekly testing status reports and highlight risks.

AI/ML Testing Responsibilities

Validate AI/ML model outputs using test datasets and expected results

Test AI-driven features such as prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendations

Identify false positives, false negatives, and model accuracy issues

Test AI/ML APIs and data pipelines to ensure correct responses and stability

Validate model behavior after retraining or deployment updates

What You’ll Need

Required:
Technology Exposure

Test Management & Collaboration Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Confluence

Defect Tracking & Reporting: JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards

API Testing Tools (Basic to Intermediate): Postman, Swagger

Database Validation: MySQL, SQL Server

Preferred :
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, anomaly detection)

Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven applications

Exposure to Computer Vision / NLP model testing is a plus

Physical Demands

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
