Location: Noida

Experience: Minimum 3 to 4years

Salary : Depends on the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on CRM/SFA applications.
• Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases.
• Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects.
• Conduct web and mobile application testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Utilize Selenium and Postman for basic automation and API testing.
• Conduct load testing and analyze system performance.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in manual testing, particularly in CRM/SFA environments.
• Basic knowledge of Selenium for web automation testing.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Understanding of load testing techniques.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Fundamental understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
