Job Description

CX is a product incubator company and has launched many successful products for its clients since its inception. Many of these products are running since 2013. We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non functional requirements.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Conduct smoke testing and sanity testing to quickly assess the stability of software builds.
Utilize Jira to track and manage testing activities, defects, and test results.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Perform API testing to validate the functionality and reliability of APIs.
Prepare test plans and report test results status to stakeholders.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that software meets user requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Hands-on experience with Jira and other testing tools
Familiarity with regression testing, functional testing, non-functional testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
