Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements
Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Validate retail business workflows including billing, inventory management, promotions, pricing, and transaction processing
Test POS systems covering payment processing, refunds, receipt generation, and device interactions
Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using defect management tools
Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery
Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and release validation activities
Ensure applications meet business expectations, usability standards, and operational requirements
Strong experience in Manual Testing within Retail and POS environments
Good understanding of retail business processes and workflows
Hands-on experience testing POS systems and transaction-based applications
Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments
