Manual QA Tester - AI Applications

We are seeking a mid-level Manual QA Tester to support the testing of AI applications for a major enterprise organization.

The role focuses on preparing test plans and test cases, executing manual tests, designing testing scenarios for AI-driven systems, assessing response quality and workflow behavior, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, hallucinations, failure patterns, and managing defects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Experience designing test cases, scenarios, and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing coordination and support
• Understanding of common LLM limitations, including hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, and context loss
• Ability to assess the quality, relevance, and consistency of AI-generated responses
• Previous experience with AI applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, Agentic AI systems, or LLM-based applications is a strong plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Good client-facing communication skills

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: We welcome both employees and freelancers (but won't consider subcontracting agencies). This is a full-time position for candidates residing in Greece.
• Location: This is a hybrid role at offices in Moschato, Athens.
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule.
