About the Role: We?re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who has a strong foundation in manual testing and is also open to stepping into automation as we grow. Your primary focus will be to thoroughly test our web and mobile platforms, uncover bugs, and ensure a smooth user experience ? but having a basic understanding or interest in automation tools will be a huge advantage as we scale up our QA processes. ? Key Responsibilities: Write, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases for various product modules Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, smoke, and cross-browser testing Identify bugs and inconsistencies and report them clearly with proper documentation Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to validate features Validate APIs and databases with basic tools and SQL queries Support automation efforts by learning or contributing to simple automation scripts/tools Continuously improve test coverage, processes, and documentation ?Education Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory) ? ?What You Bring: Minimum 2.5?4 years of experience in manual testing of web/mobile applications Exposure to automation concepts/tools like Selenium, Postman, or basic scripting is preferred Solid understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and sprint workflows A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical mindset Clear communication and documentation skills ?Bonus if you have: Started learning automation or contributed to basic scripts Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or QA in SaaS/EdTech platforms Comfortable working with Git, SQL, or REST APIs Why Join Avinyaa EdTech?
