What are we looking for in a candidate?

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven expertise in testing Web-based and Mobile applications across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC with experience in end-to-end QA processes including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining test frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud-based testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  
  

What will a candidate be doing with us?

• Take ownership of test planning and execution for complex projects.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven QA solutions (e.g., Mabl, Functionize) to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, introducing innovative testing methods.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in testing.
