Roles And Responsibility
Responsible for E2E service Transition, handling virtual teams and influencing stakeholders to meet Programme and project objectives.
Control an engagement transition budget allocated, ensuring all activities defined in the project plan are done within the approved limits.
Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need.
Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
Allocate or mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.
Must Have Skill
Should have minimum 8+ years of experience into BPO transitions.
