Role Accountability Conduct Effective UAT for all Banca IT developments Understand the requirement of field sales team and assist in writing BRD for any new system development Work closely with IT team and Field sales team and perform detailed UAT, providing effective feedback for bug identification and rectification Conduct UAT of any new systems/platforms being implemented at SBI card for banca sales Conduct UAT and sign of for launch for any new development on Origination platform Resolution to Sales team on Sales Origination Platform Provide live resolution to sales team on day to day challenges being faced on Sales Origination platform Give feedback to IT team on the issue being faced by Field sales team Process Improvement Share recommendations on process improvement/enhancement with the IT team basis understanding of market best practices Compliance adherence Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Timely execution of already identified changes to website No. of errors identified post implementation Voice of customer (Sales team) Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Knowledge of Banca sales systems/applications Knowledge of IT testing tools/techniques Competencies critical to the role Analytical ability Problem solving Customer Orientation Stakeholder Management Detail Orientation Qualification Graduate in any discipline Preferred Industry FSI
