About the Role
We’re seeking a high-impact, result-driven Manager – Strategic Alliances & Growth to build, scale, and lead our partnership ecosystem in the personal loans segment. This role goes beyond relationship management — it’s about owning revenue, driving disbursals, and unlocking new growth channels. The ideal candidate brings strong fintech lending experience, sharp commercial acumen, and a proven ability to convert strategic collaborations into measurable business expansion.
Key KRAs (Revenue-Focused)
1. Revenue Ownership
• Drive monthly & quarterly loan disbursal targets.
• Build a high-performing partner portfolio generating consistent sourcing volumes.
• Improve revenue per partner and optimize acquisition cost.
2. Strategic Alliances
• Develop partnerships with NBFCs, banks, fintech marketplaces, digital apps, and channel partners.
• Structure commercial agreements aligned with revenue and margin goals.
• Expand into new markets and distribution ecosystems.
3. Growth & Business Strategy
• Design long-term growth roadmap for partnerships vertical.
• Analyze data to improve approval rates, conversion ratios, and disbursal efficiency.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell revenue opportunities.
4. Partner Performance Management
• Create performance dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Drive partner engagement programs.
• Take corrective actions for underperforming alliances.
