We have strategically segmented our business into three Business Segments as explained below. We are rapidly growing the revenue in all the three segments.

Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.

Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

Job Summary: - Le ad and govern enterprise security operations across SOC, endpoint, Infra & web, vulnerability & remediation, email security, and PAM domains.

Reporting Manager: - Sr. Director- Infrastructure & Info Security

Direct Reports (Optional): - 2-3

Team Size (Optional): - Indirect 50 +

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise security operations across SOC, endpoint, Infra & web, vulnerability & remediation, email security, and PAM domains
• Worked on PAM / EDRXDR/SEIM/SOAR.
• Own risk decisions, control definitions, and security standards across all domains
• Manage MSSP/third-party vendor relationships, govern SLAs, and ensure accountability
• Design and implement detection rules, escalation procedures, and incident response workflows, procedures and security architecture.
• Drive security projects (SOAR, Micro-segmentation, identity security) from conception through execution
• Explore New ideas to ensure resilience Cyber security framework
• Report security posture and metrics to CISO and board-level stakeholders
• Manage direct reports and coordinate with infrastructure and business teams
  
  
  

Person Profile

Qualification: -

• B Tech / Diploma IT/Electronics / Cyber-Security
• Certification CIF / Cybersecurity
  
  
  

Experience:-

• 10+ years of exp.
• Industry experience…Pharma / Manufacturing / GMP /OT
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• An excellent people manager and leader; able to manage govern, develop and retain a high calibre team across diverse departments.
• Able to work effectively within a global business culture whilst also adaptable to the local cultural environment
• Hands-on excel and good Presentation skill
• Ability to energise his/her team with a clear vision of the business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Should have an entrepreneurial and analytical mind-set
