Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of technology-driven business solutions. The role will focus on driving digital transformation, enhancing system efficiency, and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
Ensure seamless implementation, thorough documentation, and timely sign-off of IT applications, with a strong focus on SAP optimization and standardization.
Manage and support SAP ecosystem including modules such as MM, SD, PP, FICO, QM, SAC, and WMS; configuration knowledge will be an added advantage.
Collaborate with external innovation partners and technology firms to identify and deploy cutting-edge digital solutions.
Drive adoption and optimization of business tools such as CRM, DMS, Loyalty Programs, and Customer 360 platforms.
Proactively assess future business requirements through market research and technology trend analysis; translate insights into actionable IT strategies.
Own end-to-end IT project delivery including system implementation, upgrades, and change management.
Oversee IT infrastructure uptime and service desk operations, ensuring high availability and efficient vendor management.
Manage cloud computing initiatives and ensure optimal utilization of cloud-based solutions.
Track and evaluate ROI of IT initiatives, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation to attract and retain top talent.
