Education: B.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of technology-driven business solutions. The role will focus on driving digital transformation, enhancing system efficiency, and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
  • Ensure seamless implementation, thorough documentation, and timely sign-off of IT applications, with a strong focus on SAP optimization and standardization.
  • Manage and support SAP ecosystem including modules such as MM, SD, PP, FICO, QM, SAC, and WMS; configuration knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Collaborate with external innovation partners and technology firms to identify and deploy cutting-edge digital solutions.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of business tools such as CRM, DMS, Loyalty Programs, and Customer 360 platforms.
  • Proactively assess future business requirements through market research and technology trend analysis; translate insights into actionable IT strategies.
  • Own end-to-end IT project delivery including system implementation, upgrades, and change management.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure uptime and service desk operations, ensuring high availability and efficient vendor management.
  • Manage cloud computing initiatives and ensure optimal utilization of cloud-based solutions.
  • Track and evaluate ROI of IT initiatives, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation to attract and retain top talent.
