Duties And Responsibilities

Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilization
Achieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent Metrics
Identifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings
Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
Retaining high performers and replace poor performers
Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint
