Involvement continual improvement projects throughout the plant.

 Handling documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001 : 2018, GRS, GOTS, HIGGS

FEM and for social audits.

 Conduct certification audits of ISO 9001:2015, TQP, FSC, GRS, GOTS, HIGGS, OEKOTEX, SMETA

and BSCI.

 Handle OEKOTEX 6.0 Level 1 Annexure – 6 Certification.

 Conduct customer’s and buyers audit.

 Conduct 5S audit, Kaizen audit, OEE Audit and other departmental audits.

 Handle customer complaints and supplier complaints.

 Provide training as per certifications standard requirements.

 Perform monthly Internal monitoring of all departments.

 Implement the new system as per any standard and buyer requirements.

 Conduct internal audits.

 Implementation of improvements activities Like. (3M, POKA YOKE,5S, KAIZEN,3R,

7QC TOOLS, and other improvements tool.

 Conducting external provider’s audits.

 Monitor Quality reports at all stages of productions.

 Handle Carbon foot print monitoring.
