• Should handle the overall shopfloor activities related to QA
• Should sustaint the existing systems and drive for improvements or upgradation
• Coordinate with internal team on day-to-day activity & support the team to achieved the expected outputs
• Lead the QA Team by giving support and guiding in establishing strong QA function
• Responsible for Quality performance of the plant both internal & external Customers
• Should ensure the adherance to the Quality systems defined and implemented in the plant
• Support Customers on Quality issues in resolving by coordinating with concerned team member
• Set-up barrier to prevent the defect outflow to the Customer
