Your potential is our inspiration. Where You?ll Make a Difference Supervise daily operations of the QC laboratory, including chemical, physical, and sensory testing of flavors. Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC, refractometers, and viscometers. Approve raw materials and finished goods based on analytical and sensory evaluations. Develop and maintain QC protocols, SOPs, and specifications for flavor products. Implement in-process quality checks to monitor consistency and prevent deviations. Manage batch release processes and ensure traceability of all materials. Ensure compliance with food safety and flavor regulations (FEMA GRAS, FSSAI, IFRA, etc.). Maintain accurate records of test results, COAs, and non-conformance reports. Support internal and external audits with complete and organized documentation. What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Chemistry, Food Science or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 10-12 years of QC experience in the Flavor, Food Ingredients, or Food Manufacturing industry with minimum 2-5 years of team supervisory experience. Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and sensory evaluation. Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and FSSC22000. Excellent documentation, communication, and team leadership skills. Primarily based in the quality control laboratory and production floor. Requires use of PPE and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Occasional interaction with suppliers, auditors, and customers. How Would You Stand Out? Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. Certification in FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor and ISO 22000 Lead Auditor is preferred. Why Choose Us?
