Required Manager Quality

Company: POSHS Cinoti Pvt Ltd.

Company Location: Near Asawali, Tal Khandala, Dist Satara.

Qualification required B.E.MECH / B.TECH

Salary: CTC Rs.1 0 .00 to 1 2 .00 lac / year.

Experience 12 to 15 years in Heavy Fabrication, Auto, Auto Ancillaries, and Tier I Fabrication supplier.

Job Description

Quality:

Monitor maintain all quality records.
Determining, Setting in-house quality procedures and specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives.
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with set quality standards
Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
Plan and implement continuous approach to maintain low rejection level.
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems

and procedures.

Writing management/technical reports and customers approvals.
Determining training needs .
Acting as a facilitator for change and improvement in performance/quality.
Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
Supervising technical staff .
Measuring and monitoring equipments to be calibrated as per the Calibration schedule

Customer Complaints

Internal external customer complaint accountability root cause analyses.
Review of CAPA for its effectiveness.

Incoming Inspection

Ensure that all incoming Raw materials/bought out are tested as per the Quality Plan.
Ensure on time GRNs to be signed approved

Process Qualifications

Welding Process Identification Study of Welding Methodology
Outlining the WPS ( Welding Procedure Specification ) for the welding process functional to production process conduct sample welding
The qualified Welding procedure specification is then documented in the form of PQR ( Procedure Qualification Record )

Final Inspection

Monitor the Inspection has been done reports to be submitted to Logistics prior to the dispatches of all consignments.
Quality System:

Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma.
