Manager – QA/QC (Civil Engineering)

CoEvolve Estates is seeking an experienced Manager – QA/QC to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across our construction projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all civil, architectural, and structural works meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations and ISO guidelines.

As a key leader within the organization, the Manager will drive quality-focused initiatives, supervise site teams, and establish efficient quality management systems to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure excellence across all stages of construction.

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes across construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and internal quality systems.
• Oversee all phases of construction related to civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to inspections, reports, and quality procedures.
• Lead and mentor site teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO quality systems and construction quality standards.

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction sites.
• Strong working knowledge of all phases of construction including civil, architectural, and structural works.
