About The Role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll function for the organization, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining full compliance with statutory and labor regulations. The person will oversee payroll processing, attendance and leave validation, payroll reporting, employee records, and HRMS operations, while ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and other statutory requirements. They will also manage employee insurance, maintain payroll confidentiality, support audits, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve employee queries.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Payroll management & payroll processing.
  • Generating payroll reports such as payroll summaries, tax reports & pay slips.
  • Deep understanding of HR software.
  • Excellent knowledge of PF/ESIC/PT/ LWF/Bonus & other related regulations.
  • Managing employee records & maintaining confidentiality.
  • Managing attendance in accordance with the company policies, employments contracts & government regulations.
  • Employee Insurances.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Experience in FMCG / B2B Business / Q-commerce (preferred, optional).
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Should be dynamic/adaptable & have good understanding of corporate affairs.
  • Personnel management skills & analytical skills.
  • Well proficient in MS Office (Excel /word) & other analytics tools.
