Designation : Manager Operations – Customer Service ( International Voice )


Experience : 10 to 15 years| Qualification : Any Graduation

Job Location - Trivandrum | Work Mode – Work from office


Job Description –

  • Good work experience in International Voice Process
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Should have good experience in handling Team leaders or Assistant managers.
  • Good knowledge about contact center metrices
  • People Management (KRA & Appraisal handling experience)
  • Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Attrition handling
  • Deliver excellent customer service experiences through the operational management of the front line.
  • Coordinate with Team members and Team Leaders to ensure all operational challenges are handled effectively.
  • Ensure all operational and commercial targets are met.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to ensure high levels of engagement with the business and reduce attrition.
  • Manage clients effectively to ensure high levels of engagement and their contribution to our success.
  • Own and deliver business reviews.
