CarsonLynch is supporting a nationally recognized professional services firm in their search for a Manager of Pricing & Legal Project Management - a strategic, analytical leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and client strategy.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the entire annual rate‑setting process
• Develop value‑based pricing for complex engagements
• Build client‑focused rate strategies and matter budgets
• Partner closely with firm leadership on profitability initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on go‑to‑market strategy
• Evaluate and implement new pricing/LPM technology
• Drive process improvements across pricing & project management
• Support special projects for the CFO and Director of Finance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a professional services or legal environment
• 5+ years of leadership/managerial experience
• Strong experience building complex pricing models
• Proven background in project management for professional services
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
