Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Investor Relations, based in Delhi, India. The Manager of Investor Relations will be responsible for managing communication with stakeholders, analyzing and presenting financial and operational performance to investors, developing effective investor relations strategies, preparing materials for investor meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to gather and analyze data and provide strategic insights to align with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Investor Relations and effective stakeholder communication
• Solid Analytical Skills for insightful data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling
• A comprehensive understanding of Investments and market trends
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders efficiently
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Prior experience in investor relations or corporate finance is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment is an advantage
