We are seeking an experienced Manager, Marketing (Level 6.5) to lead smartphones marketing strategy and execution for our Wireless Devices business. This role will drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for smartphone launches, manage brand partnerships, and deliver customer acquisition and engagement goals across a high-growth, high-visibility category contributing significantly to marketplace GMS.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning digital marketing, brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing while managing stakeholder relationships with top smartphone brands. This position requires strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key job responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead comprehensive marketing strategies for smartphone category including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Drive traffic acquisition and conversion through integrated campaigns across digital channels (search, display, social media, video)
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with smartphone brands to maximize launch impact and drive category consideration
- Own marketing calendar planning and coordination across 15-20+ major smartphone launches annually
- Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns from awareness through conversion, including Notify Me campaigns, deal reveals, and post-launch amplification
- Manage marketing budget allocation and optimize spend across channels to achieve ROI targets
- Drive performance marketing initiatives including paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations
- Build and manage relationships with smartphone brand marketing teams for joint business planning and campaign execution
- Lead influencer marketing programs including tech KOL partnerships and creator campaigns
- Negotiate co-marketing investments and production budgets with brand partners
- Coordinate celebrity endorsements and high-impact brand collaborations
- Partner with Category, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Design teams to develop compelling campaign assets
- Work with Analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards
- Lead cross-functional project teams for major initiatives like festive season campaigns
- Mentor and develop marketing team members (L3-L5 levels)
- Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership
- Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships
- Drive best practices and process improvements across marketing operations

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
- Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
