Role Description The Manager – Marketing and Outreach (Hyderabad) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach initiatives to strengthen Amity University’s presence in the region. The position involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and outreach activities with schools, colleges, and industry partners, and managing relationships with local stakeholders. The role includes developing promotional materials, overseeing digital and offline communication channels, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize reach and effectiveness. The manager will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support student recruitment, brand building, and community engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with the university’s values and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing and outreach skills, including experience in campaign planning, brand promotion, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, event coordination, and managing multiple initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field; experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with competence in using MS Office and relevant marketing software.
- Proactive, result-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and uphold the university’s values.
