Define productivity metrics and align operating definitions with QC teams.
Simplify and digitize data for reporting QC productivity metrics.
Publish monthly QC productivity metrics reports for all labs.
Identify improvement levers for QC productivity and develop action plans to address them, reporting progress regularly.
Manage projects and track the deployment of new technology in QC. Technical/Functional Skills:
Hands-on experience in operations, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Minitab.
Proven track record of executing high-value projects.

MBA with B Tech (Chem. Engg.) /B.Pharm /M. Pharm
