Compensation: 10 LPA to 14 L Position: Manager Leasing & Business Development Work from office We are open to candidates from Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand or NCR The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lease management of the Retail Mall, develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensure proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired company business objectives. Responsibilities- ? Overall responsibility of leasing process encompassing creating leasing plan budget etc ? Research and report on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas. ? Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources ? Strategizing the ideal brand mix for all ongoing and upcoming developments. ? Continuously researching new international brands and market trends ? Supporting the closure and negotiations for the leasing deals ? Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the mall ? Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities ? Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfilment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation. ? Oversee preparation of lease deeds & registration of leases and track timelines of financial transactions like renewals etc Qualification, Experience and Key skills: ? A Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, retail management and/or retail real-estate. ? Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sector leasing. ? Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of leasing commercial facilities ? Good understanding of Mall leasing management ? Strong leasing specific financial acumen ? Established relationship with significant regional retail groups ? Experience in dealing with new to market retailers ? Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning ? Good understanding of lease contracts, documentation, clauses and interpretation ? Strong negotiations skills ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Possess good English skills (both written and spoken) ? A good team player with strong analytical skills ? Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information Note: Candidate from the Mall leasing background should only be preferred as otherwise they don?t understand the specific technicalities of leasing in a mall.
