About the Role The Manager ? IT & Digital Transformation will spearhead Kingston?s technological modernization across its education and healthcare verticals. The role blends IT infrastructure leadership with digital strategy ? ensuring network reliability, cybersecurity, ERP integration, and workflow automation across campuses and Kingston General Hospital. This position demands a professional capable of leading multi-domain technology projects , managing cross-functional teams, and establishing a digitally intelligent institutional ecosystem that supports learning, administration, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Oversee the campus, office, and hospital IT infrastructure , including servers, LAN/Wi-Fi, biometrics, and CCTV systems. Lead a team of website developers, MIS executives, and ERP vendors ensuring system reliability and modernization. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace, AWS, or equivalent) and server uptime across units. Drive workflow automation , data visualization dashboards, and cross-department digital reporting systems. Supervise CRM and ERP integrations for academic, administrative, and healthcare operations. Oversee digital marketing technology operations ? including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics coordination. Establish cybersecurity protocols and ensure institutional data compliance and privacy standards. Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for IT, MIS, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with institutional heads and vendors for smooth execution of IT-enabled projects. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within digital teams. Qualifications & Experience Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or MBA?IT . 5?10 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or ERP-led institutional modernization. Proven experience in project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum preferred). Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, SEO, and analytics dashboards . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across education, healthcare, and administrative functions.
